On the afternon of the first day of summer, Olivia spent some more time in her new pool. It was a little windy this time, but she still had lots of fun! 
Pool Fun
We spent my birthday and Father's Day up at Papa & Gigi's house. Gigi bought Olivia a little blow-up pool and we spent the afternoon enjoying the beautiful weather out on the deck while Olivia splashed about!

Bye-Bye Bouncy Seat
We are going to have to say good-bye to the infant bouncy seat! It has been so wonderful to have, so we have some where to put Olivia and know that she is safe if we turn around for a moment. (Thank you, Aunt Sammy!!) However, a once safe place has become dangerous since she now tries to climb out of it, even when the strap is tightly cinched. Today, she succeeded. Thankfully, Jason and I were close by and captured her escape route on camera. Our little girl is growing up and being contained is her least favorite thing. She is on the move!

Sleepy Bug
I have realized that as Olivia has gotten older we stopped taking pictures of her sleeping. When she was a newborn, almost all of the pictures we took were of her in dream land. In the last week, I've tried to catch her when she's getting some shut-eye. Lately, she has taken to hugging her blankie as she sleeps. She is quite the sleeper as she tosses and turns and ends up in all kinds of weird positions. However, she sleeps at least 11 hours at night and takes two naps during the day. We are so thankful!
