Exploring Denver

After breakfast at the Delectable Egg and walking through Civic Center Park, we found our way to the Denver Art Museum to visit the King Tut exhibit, which was absolutely amazing. Once we were finished with Tut, we explored the rest of the museum. We can't wait to take the kids - what an interactive museum! Even though the clouds were beginning to build, we strolled over to the Capitol and snapped a few pictures. Ready for an afternoon snack, we cruised down 16th Street and found frozen yogurt for me and Jamba Juice for Jas. That evening, we had drinks at Mix16 and then dinner at Gumbo's. We ended the night with a piece of cheesecake from the Cheesecake Factory and playing chess in our hotel lobby. What a perfect day!
